Shareholder (or partner) current account is a usual practice in business law. Most often, this is a cash advance made by the shareholders to allow the company to benefit from financing that the bank refuses to grant, or in order to facilitate the grant of a bank loan which would be conditional on the constitution of a complementary source of financing.
